What You'll Do: Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders and ongoing projects
Monitor budgets, prepare valuations and progress payments
Evaluate tenders and assist with pricing documentation
Administer contracts and manage final accounts
Support project and site managers with cost control and reporting
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems
2-7 years experience
as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure or water projects
