My client is a well-established regional main contractor. They have a steady workflow of both new and existing clients. Several new projects wins has leaded them to have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor. The client has offered a place on a national framework, upgrading existing hotels. These are a range of modifications. Largely new fit out and upgrading the hotel bedrooms.
The Project Quantity Surveyor that they are looking with be a self-motivated individual. That has proven experience delivering ideally some fit out or refurbishment projects.
