Quantity Surveyor
Location: Housing Executive
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £ per hour
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in the development of specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates to support the tendering and quotation process.Work closely with the Procurement Team to deliver pilot schemes and ensure appropriate contracts are in place across the regional programme.Provide commercial and contractual support, ensuring accurate interpretation of contract terms and effective risk management.Monitor and manage budgets effectively, including forecasting, cash flow projections, benchmarking, and financial reporting.Evaluate tenders and quotations, prepare agreements and contracts, and administer contracts to ensure value for money and minimise risk.Maintain effective communication...
