- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Central
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities - Prepare quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers.
- Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission.
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) notifications for potential project delays.
- Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
- Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
