Position Overview
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and track expenditures against the budget.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Review contractor payments, invoices, and interim valuations.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure cost alignment.
- Support procurement processes, including tendering and bid evaluation.
- Maintain cost reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost management practices.
• Experience in handling variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
