Requirements Elicitation Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives.
-Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
-Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
-Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
Documentation Communication:
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional -Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.
-Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
-Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
