Position Overview
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities on 3rd shift at the Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will partner closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements through testing, inspections, documentation, and training.
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Conduct microbiological testing and monitoring to support product safety and quality.
+ Organize and manage nutritional compliance sampling programs.
+ Maintain accurate records of sampling, testing, and results.
+ Support food safety and regulatory audits through preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
+ Deliver food safety training to Quality Assurance and Production associates.
+ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to support reliable testing results.
+ Perform and train others on preoperational inspections.
