Quality Technician

Responsible for assuring all customer and company quality expectations are being satisfied at all manufacturing and inspection process steps. Identify and implement continuous quality improvement activities. Provides directions to quality inspectors. Helps with containments of product and root cause investigations. Escalates problems to management and make recommendations for solutions.
