Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the regional parts distribution centre full time.

• Lead the QA team of 6 office and floor contract staff including hiring, training, guidance, performance evaluation, individual development and ensuring alignment with MEDC strategic priorities.
• Set and exceed targets for the Quality team focusing on high BIQ scores for GMS compliance.
• Liaise with parts suppliers, regional and global technical teams; raise and follow up on quality concerns with external partners.
• Implement robust quality processes to ensure quality is built into every operational activity.
• Maintain strong dealer communication through visits and ensure agile responsiveness to claims.
