Job Description

A successful and well-known Cape Town based manufacturing company within the FMCG manufacturing industry is looking for a Quality Supervisor.

Requirements:

•Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology or equivalent

•Excellent knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000

•Internal auditing experience

•Background in food safety practices

•5 - 10 years' experience within a food manufacturing environment
