**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for performing quality assurance/quality control representation for various commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Work will be performed under minimal supervision.

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

+ Providing day-to-day inspection activities including problem resolution, assuring project specification compliance during field construction and providing inspection oversight for mechanical completion turn-over.
+ Monitoring Contractor’s performance and workmanship, witnessing and approving tests on the Owner’s behalf and reviewing and auditing Contractor’s keydocumentation.
+ Reviewing QA/QC procedures written by others to confirm that appropriate technical assurance requirements are covered. Assuring that approved construction practices/methods are implemented within theirDiscipline.
