Very good knowledge in problem solving (QC tools)

Excellent leadership and man- management skills

Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

Ability to understand drawing, Knowledge of sampling plan, inspection & Aesthetic

Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers etc.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Knowledge of CMM / FARO measurement
