At Gu, we’re passionate about creating indulgent, high‑quality desserts that our customers love. We’re looking for a Quality & Process Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality.

The Role

As Quality & Process Manager, you’ll work closely with our Operations and Technical teams to ensure that everything we produce is safe, compliant, and consistently exceptional. You’ll lead our Quality Assurance function on site, managing systems, processes, and people to drive quality standards forward while supporting continuous improvement across the factory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with Operations to ensure product safety, legality, and quality at all times
• Lead and develop the Quality Assistant and QA team, ensuring high standards of diligence
• Own and manage factory technical procedures and raw material quality systems
