**Quality Plant Engineering Leader (QPEL)**:
- Do vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Ensure that his team carries out the pre-analysis activities on time
- Do risk assessments and lead corrective action plans
- Guarantee the product - process maturity of the components of his perimeter management of serial life (windows change management).
- Propose alternative product solution in case of issues (as shortage) to avoid to stop mass production in the plant
- Participate in Quality ENG tech clubs.
- Implementation of good idea and standards (Read Across)
- Ensure that the skills of his team is at the right level
- Ensure the management activities of his team (daily management control meeting)
- Ensure that his team is working in safety
- Lead quality KPI management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalation
