Position Overview
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a clinical background
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in healthcare audits and data validation
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning and accreditation
- Strong interaction and communication skills
- Strong command of English language, oral and written
- Hands‑on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
- In‑depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards in Abu Dhabi
- Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
