Job Description (JD)
Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and company requirements
Oversee quality control processes across incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), and outgoing (OQC) inspections
Ensure product quality meets customer specifications, especially for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products
Handle customer complaints, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
