Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description
The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing all quality-related functions in a small aerospace CNC job shop. This includes owning the Quality Management System (QMS), inspecting oversight, conducting root cause investigations, and providing direct support on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role that requires daily involvement with inspectors and measurement activities, in addition to strategic quality leadership.
Responsibilities

+ Own and manage the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 9001).

+ Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and FMEA.

+ Oversee inspection and measurement activities, utilizing tools like calipers and gauges.
