Overview
The Quality Manager (QM) is responsible for ensuring services meet customer expectations and regulatory standards by developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems. Manages the Quality Management System (QMS), conduct audits, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, leading inspection teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a Program-wide culture of quality.

+ Develop, implement, manage and maintain effective Quality policies and procedures that meet contract requirements.
+ Prepare, maintain, enforce, and update quality control plans to drive performance using ISO 9001:2015 standards across the program.
