Position Overview
**Job Description**
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance across a large, multi-building campus. This role evaluates service quality, drives adherence to operational standards, and proactively identifies and resolves issues before they impact the client experience.
The position works cross-functionally with facility management, maintenance teams, and client stakeholders, focusing on quality assurance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ **Quality & Operations:** Conduct inspections, enforce standards/SOPs, and proactively resolve issues using work order systems (e.g., Corrigo)
+ **Facility Oversight:** Support the cleaning and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and coordinate with vendors/teams
