The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Bristol.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will take full ownership of the Quality function and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Manager

* Lead and manage the Quality department, setting direction and driving performance

* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100 / EN9100 standards

* Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making

* Ensure compliance with aerospace and customer-specific quality requirements

* Oversee FAIRs, PPAP submissions...
