QMS Manager (Quality Management System Manager)

Location: INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. - Holy Spirit, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO and company standards.

Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across engineering functions.

Manage the creation, control, and archival of SOPs and all quality documentation, including proper numbering, version control, and distribution.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and industry standards.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Oversee staff training, technical competency assessments, and ongoing support on QMS processes and quality standards.

Monitor quality KPIs and report performance insights to senior management.
