As the Quality Lead, you'll support the Manager of Quality and Risk in maintaining a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the laboratory services. Your expertise will help establish quality indicators and facilitate interdisciplinary activities to enhance laboratory efficiency and patient outcomes. You'll also coordinate training initiatives and manage collaborative efforts with clinical leaders.
