Job Description
The Quality Lab Technician performs routine and advanced quality control testing on production batches to ensure all products meet established specifications before and during filling. This role focuses on wet chemistry and physical testing, including color, gloss, and viscosity measurements, and involves making precise batch adjustments to keep products within defined quality limits. The technician follows ISO procedures, maintains accurate records, and supports continuous improvement projects within the Quality Department. This position is primarily lab-based with some time spent on the production floor handling samples and coordinating with production teams.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct prescribed quality control testing on production batches in accordance with established test methods and procedures.

+ Verify that all production batches meet established specifications, including color limits and other physical properties, before filling.
