The Quality IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable, compliant and efficient operation of Quality IT Systems within the Bachem Group, ensuring day‑to‑day system administration, technical configuration and operational support of regulated Quality IT platforms in close collaboration with the Quality IT System Owner, Business Owners and Business Administrators from Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
The position supports the stable operation, continuous improvement and inspection‑readiness of Quality IT Systems used across the organization.
Administer and operate assigned Quality IT Systems according to the applicable processes, ensuring availability, performance and compliance.
Perform user and role management, system maintenance and support in system configuration and validation activities.
Support release and upgrade activities in coordination with the Quality IT System Owner.
