岗位目标:
1. 负责无损检测能力建立及日常检验执行，支持关键零部件早期风险识别，提升制造过程质量稳定性和客户质量表现。
2. 控制产品质量，支持新产品质量控制和问题解决，管理测量系统。

岗位职责：
1. 负责使用无损检测方法（如MPI、PT、UT等）对零部件进行质量检验，识别潜在缺陷（如裂纹、气孔、泄漏等）。
2. 使用量检具及检测设备，对零部件、装配件进行检验、分析与判定，确保产品满足图纸及质量要求。
3. 按要求执行检验标准和作业指导书（SOP），并完成检验记录及报告输出。
4. 参与现场质量问题分析，支持内部异常及客户投诉的原因分析与验证。
5. 配合NPI阶段检验工作，支持新产品导入过程中的检验方法开发和验证。
6. 协助开展测量系统分析（MSA）及检测设备的维护、校准与优化，确保数据可靠性。
