按照图纸和来料检验指导书，正确操作CMM、圆度仪、粗糙度仪等通用量具得到正确报告，进行来料检测、生产日检和NPI的质量检验，及时维护SAP系统中质量模块的来料检验批和量具管理信息 掌握基本的CMM三坐标检验编程程序。 按照图纸和来料检验指导书，要求进行热处理材料性能的检测，负责金属材料样品的切割、镶嵌、打磨、抛光、腐蚀等金相制样工作，并使用金相显微镜进行组织观察与分析，根据标准得出相应的检查结果。能正确操作CMT切割工具以及各种硬度计
