Ensure effective in-process quality control at injection molding lines in compliance with approved specifications, standards, samples, and work instructions.
Lead first-piece approvals, sample locking, and trial evaluations to ensure issues are identified and resolved before mass production.
Monitor rejection trends, defect analysis, and line quality performance; initiate corrective and preventive actions in coordination with Production and Maintenance teams.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve process, mold, machine, and product-related quality issues.
