**Description**



* Ability to meet all assigned individual performance KPIs and measures that are associated with this role


* Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets during launch and serial production


* Responsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-AT-DEFECT)


* Drive and implement continuous improvement activities affecting process quality by working hand in hand with other departments


* Create and maintain plant related quality documentation in the internal Quality document management system


* Responsible for alerting management for all items affecting product quality/functionality that are not meeting the requirements


* Point of contact for customer for the assigned lines / programs


* Ability to travel to customer location as needed
