**Description:** The F-35 Supplier Quality Integration Strategy Lead reports to the Sr Manager of F-35 Supplier Quality Integration and is part of an organization that ensures product and process quality for over 400 suppliers throughout the world. In this highly visible and business critical role, you will perform the following:
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and data driven strategies that focus on improving supplier quality and performance through a proactive approach
• Collaborate across Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and internal/external customers to address critical quality related issues and ensure quality standards are mature and sustainable
• Ensure rapid containment, accurate root cause and effective communication of critical issues between support functions and customers
