Position Summary: This position is responsible for investigating product quality concerns from datacenter sites (primarily prior to site hand-over to customer). This includes investigating issues, creating quality notifications, issuing QM Orders to support rework, issuing corrective action requests and compiling monthly reports.
Key Accountabilities: - Investigate site call quality issues received from datacenter sites to determine whether complaints are valid.
