We are looking to hire a Quality Engineer immediately! The candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing product performance and quality trends. The candidate will support the resolution of manufacturing issues and product non-conformances while leading structured root cause investigations utilizing methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, repair, engineering, and test teams to develop and maintain defect tracking and analysis tools. The candidate will also support tear-down evaluations and technical assessments of returned units and drive the implementation and validation of corrective actions. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product reliability and participate in daily production and quality reviews.
