Job Description
The role of a Quality Engineer serves as a technical leader responsible for ensuring that all products meet safety, performance, and manufacturability requirements throughout the full product lifecycle. This position bridges the gap between product design, safety compliance, manufacturing, and customer-facing technical support.
Responsibilities

+ Ensure all products comply with applicable safety standards such as UL, VDE, CSA, and TÜV.

+ Oversee product design, development, testing, and validation activities.

+ Partner with Plant Engineering to ensure designs align with existing equipment, tooling, and production processes.

+ Evaluate and manage product changes, revisions, and new component integration.

+ Collaborate with Quality to ensure all materials, components, and finished goods meet internal specifications.
