**What You Will Do** :

+ Facilitate and participate in process reviews to support shop capability and cost analysis.
+ Support process certification projects to implement process improvements.
+ Evaluate procedures and processes to determine compliance with applicable requirements.
+ Investigate non-conformances to assist in root cause, identify corrective actions and track

effectiveness.


+ Utilize continuous improvement tools to support the cellular concept and make process

improvements.


+ Assist to business metrics as defined by Cells (Cost, Quality, Delivery and EH&S).
