Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technology-related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Required Skills:
• 2 or more years of related experience, which may include manufacturing, quality engineering, or supply management in a design/manufacturing environment
• Experience with standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), NCCA (Non-Conformance Corrective Action), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
• Experience utilizing advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve problems.
• Experience with drawings and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to lead and identify priorities with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
