Title: Director of Quality Reports To: VP of Quality Department: Quality FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Band/Salary: $153,000-178,000 JOB SUMMARY The Quality Director is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining processes and practices within the quality management system that help the organization achieve the highest quality standards possible and minimize product defects. Represents the organization when collaborating with the customers on higher level projects. Supports the Quality and Environmental Management Systems business and production processes to meet internal/external customer requirements. Leads Quality Engineers to support the manufacturing locations with customer and supplier management. Supports the manufacturing locations with the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
