Job Description

- Response customer complaint / claim / audit for quality concerns.
- Assure product quality to meet customer requirement and make decision for nonconforming product in case unclear standard.
- Coordinate and leading about product quality improvement for customer satisfaction.
- Follow up corrective / preventive action and effectiveness of action for customer quality issue.
- Other depend on header assignment.

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Engineer , Science or other related field.
- At least 3 year work experience in QA/QC or process engineering in the manufacturing.
- Knowledge in SPC, MSA, FMEA, sampling plan.
- Knowledge in IATF16949:2016 will be advantage.
