Key Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain customer and internal data requirements by capturing, analysing and reporting technical data.
• Administer the quality manual, policies, procedures and results documents.
• Update factory procedures, methods and policies and train staff.
• Log, investigate and respond to customer complaints, trend data and feed back information to the customer in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in all non‑conformance and root cause investigations.
