Responsibilities
Make sure to be at the delivery point one hour before the booking slot
Make sure that the offloading crew is at the delivery point on time, in full as per the order and dressed in full uniform and compliant to the health and safety requirements.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with the dispatching depots controllers on the whereabouts of the vehicle should it not be at the delivery point 30 minutes before the booking slot.
Upon arrival of the vehicle at the delivery point make sure that the amount of invoices match with the consignments loaded on the vehicle.
Ensure adherence to the delivery point rules, regulations and procedures at all times
