Position Overview
The QC Technician is responsible to inspects incoming raw materials, electronic, mechanical components as well as manufactured/ OEM products to ensure they meet design specifications before being released to production. Completes appropriate paperwork necessary for conforming and non-conforming materials.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Ensure the timely execution of routine QC inspection and test activities per established QC procedures.Perform preliminary review on NC material, QC test failures and troubleshoots for possible root cause to facilitate disposition recommendation.Coordinate with internal cross functions, Bio-Rad service depot on physical returned instrument process and perform verification of customer returns.Assist Supervisor in establishing/revising QC Inspection Plan and/ or methodology for new or existing product/ purchased material.Provides technical assistance to more junior QC Technicians.
