Job Description
Responsible for both gas and bulk products quality analysis and certification. Incoming inspection of raw materials and outsourced products. In-process inspection in the gas plants. Carry out Final product analysis of all gas products. Report failure rate to the concerned immediately and support for the necessary action. Maintaining all QC documents relevant to ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 17025 Responsible for maintaining all analytical equipments and instruments. Responsible for housekeeping and safety in Q.C laboratory and premises. Carryout in process product quality inspection in coordination with plant operators. Inform QC manager about failure rate of products. Ensure all equipments (Gas analyzers / G.Cās) are being calibrated at regular interval and intact. Maintain analysis reports.
