About The Role

You will maintain and develop microbiological laboratory activities in alignment with our company vision, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards. Your role includes supporting microbiological operations, driving continuous improvements, and fostering a strong quality culture on site.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Quality Compliance, HSE, and Manufacturing Support, as well as with other UCB sites globally to ensure quality excellence.
