Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Oversee all quality control and assurance activities across shipbuilding, repair, or offshore projects
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO and marine classification standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, client specifications, and industry standards (e.g., class societies, flag state requirements)
- Lead inspections, audits, and testing of materials, processes, and completed works
- Manage and coordinate third‑party inspections and certifications
- Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures
- Investigate non‑conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
