This role leads the full quality control program for a large-scale, multi‑year renovation project in Fairfax, VA, involving demolition, restructuring, and new vertical construction on a $107 million project. The Quality Control Manager oversees all quality-related activities on site, ensuring that construction work meets contractual, regulatory, and safety standards while coordinating closely with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project’s 3+ year duration.
Responsibilities

+ Implement and manage the entire quality control (QC) program for a large renovation and new construction project in Fairfax, VA.

+ Oversee quality control for all phases of demolition, restructuring, and new vertical construction work.

+ Attend all post-award conferences, Construction Quality Control (CQC) plan meetings, coordination meetings, and mutual understanding meetings to represent the QC function.
