**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Ensure first pass quality by testing samples of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
+ Perform laboratory analysis using a variety of instrumentation such as: XRD, ICP-OES, XRF, Titrators, pH Meters, Adsorption Analyzers, Balances, etc.
+ Ensure data is reported to production in a timely manner and quality excursions are escalated immediately.
+ Assist in root cause analysis investigations and support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.
