The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses, identifying defects, documenting findings, and preparing professional inspection reports.

• Conduct snagging inspections for residential properties.
• Identify defects in finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
• Capture and document defects using photos and inspection software.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports.
