What You’ll Be Doing Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure they work perfectly. Maintain the company’s high‑quality certifications, including ISO9001 and SABS standards. Read electrical wiring diagrams to check that electronic components function properly. Help the production team follow everyday Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Write and update clear, step‑by‑step procedures for the factory floor. Do time and motion studies to make factory tasks smoother and faster. Train, lead, and mentor the production staff to help them succeed. Write simple technical reports about quality data and process improvements.
