Responsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs.
Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal-external) complaints.
Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures.
Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system.
Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
Participates in Design Reviews to ensure compliance with reliability standards and customer requirements.
Review Engineering Change Requests for customer approval requirements and submission.
