Position Overview

The MRB / IQC Engineer is responsible for managing and reducing MRB (Material Review Board) inventory through effective coordination with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on driving timely disposition of non-conforming materials, ensuring material availability to support production, and leading improvement initiatives to address recurring quality issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. MRB Management & Inventory Clearance
Drive timely disposition and clearance of MRB inventory to minimize aging and excess stock.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Supplier Quality, and Warehouse) to resolve non-conforming materials.

Monitor MRB aging reports and escalate critical issues impacting production.

Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of MRB transactions.
