We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Control Coordinator (QCC) to support quality assurance initiatives within our Revenue Cycle Operations team. This role is responsible for conducting quality audits, identifying trends, supporting staff and vendor training, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements, compliance standards, and internal quality expectations.
