**Your Purpose**
As the Quality & Consumer Experience Coordinator you will play a critical part in protecting our brand reputation by managing consumer complaints, coordinating site KPI reporting, and driving compliance through document control and internal audit program. You will be a key enabler of our quality culture and act as a key link between our Brewery Operations and Corporate teams (including Legal and Marketing) to resolve product quality issues and ensure quality risks are effectively resolved.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own and report site KPIs across Quality, Food Safety, and Compliance, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and clear insight to drive performance goals.
+ Lead consumer complaints management, including investigation, supporting root cause analysis, trend monitoring, risk escalation and resolution.
